Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or accessories (if you want to exclude things like hats or socks).
To start a return, please contact us at support@runwithgiants.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is returned worn, damaged, or without tags, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
We currently only offer size or style exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).
If the requested size is unavailable, you’ll receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us at support@runwithgiants.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover the return shipping and replace the item at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return transit.
