At Run With Giants, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons, sales, or product drops, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are:
Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days (customs clearance may cause delays)
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@runwithgiants.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Refused or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
